This is how you contact AdGem.
1. Open the AdGem offerwall.
2. Hit Reward Status in the top bar.
3. Select the offer you're having an issue with.
4. Hit 'Request Support' and enter your details, then sumbit it.
5. Check the email you supplied for instructions on how you can submit proof.
