I’m not receiving credits from video offers, what’s wrong?

Video offers pay for every 3rd ad you watch, not videos.
Make sure you’re only watching videos in one tab on only one device.
Make sure you have sound enabled for the videos/ad as this can sometimes increase the amount of ads.
Please make sure that you’ve watched 3 ads before contacting the offerwall provider.
