Why was my offer/survey reversed?

There can be a number of reasons as to why a advertiser reverses your completion, here are a few common reasons:
- The completion was done on a VPN connection (VPNs are not allowed)
- The completion was done through an emulator (emulators are not allowed)
- You've completed the offer previously (most offers are only possible to complete once)
- You breached the Terms of the offer (always read the offer Terms)
- You weren't honest in your survey answers (always answer honestly)
- You sped through the survey (speeding surveys is not allowed)
