How to get a shorter hold duration

There's no guarantee your offer will be released immediately even after sending the proof, it still depends on other factors as well. However, it's very likely to have a shorter hold time at the very least. You can upload proof directly in the support chat window by clicking the paperclip icon. The support team cannot click any other links than youtube.com and imgur.com, so if you don't want to upload files directly in the support chat, or it's not possible, then those are the only other two options. If you upload a video file directly in the support chat window, it will have to be .mp4 format, else it will not be accepted as proof. You can use a online converter if the file is not .mp4 format, such as cloudconvert.com


If you want to get a shorter hold duration for your high offer completions then you have to send the following information in a support ticket (within 24 hours or else we will put it in a hold duration):


For surveys:

Nothing is required, surveys are not held.


For purchases:

Send a copy of the receipt of the purchase, as well as your order history in the app/website.


For app offers:

Send a screen recording with your username and current date in a notepad app. Then record the app where you show the relevant information according to the offer description. For example if the offer description says to reach Level 5, show that you've reached Level 5 in the recording.
