Why are my points put on hold?

Offers worth over 4000 coins are put on temporary hold for an admin to review the offer completion. Within 24 hours the points will either be withdraw-able or put in a longer hold duration. The hold duration can be anywhere from 1-60 days. In most cases it will either be 15 or 30 days if it's not withdraw-able straight away. Click the hourglass icon in the top right to see how long time you have to wait.

The duration of the hold depends on various different factors, such as:

• The value of the offer (the higher value the more risk for us).
• The previous history of the user on our site (is there previous history on our site to indicate the user is trustable).
• The offer (some offers are more frequently abused than others).
• Which offerwall the offer was completed on (some offerwalls have different chargeback policies than others).

We understand that it sucks waiting for your points to be withdraw-able. However because of the amount of abuse GPT sites like ourselves face on a daily basis, we've had to implement this policy in order to protect ourselves.
